? We’re Hiring: Pre-Sales Support - French & English Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Pre-Sales Support professionals to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Netatmo Campaign.

? About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Support professional, you will support Netatmo customers with pre-sales inquiries, product information, pricing, shipping, refunds, and delivery-related questions. You will also investigate customer requests using internal tools and help ensure issues affecting the online store are properly escalated and reported.

✅Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery-related disputes with various carriers.
Provide customers with information about parcel tracking, refund updates, shipping fees, and pricing.
Answer pre-sales inquiries about Netatmo products.
Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer requests.
Escalate and report any issues affecting the online store to the relevant team.




Follow up on customer requests and provide accurate information.

?What We’re Looking For
Fluency in French and English.
A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to investigate customer requests and find appropriate solutions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

? What We Offer
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Temporary until December 31 (1 Month of probation with possible extension for 2027)
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: €22,173.48 gross per year.
Performance Bonus: €100 gross monthly based on KPIs.
Top Performer Bonus: €150 monthly based on KPIs.
Working Model: Hybrid (6 days per month in office).
Training: 1 week
Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
