Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality assistance in the Customer Support Services sector.
Manage and resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and professionalism.




Maintain detailed customer records and ensure that all service level agreements are consistently met.
Collaborate with international teams to improve internal workflows and user experience standards.
Provide proactive solutions to customer feedback, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate and technical guidance to our Czech-speaking user base.
Contribute to a positive team culture while hitting individual and group performance KPIs.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven experience or a strong passion for the Customer Support Services industry.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and professional problem-solving.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in an international office environment.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple support software platforms simultaneously.
