Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to clients in the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in native-level Czech.
Maintain a deep knowledge base of products to ensure accurate and timely issue resolution.




Collaborate with international teams to enhance service delivery standards.
Document all interactions within the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium service experience for all stakeholders.
Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for the Customer Support Services industry.
Previous experience in a professional office environment or BPO sector is considered an advantage.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
Proven track record of success in high-paced, target-driven environments.
