Job Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a Czech Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria. In this vital social media industry role, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure and positive environment for users by moderating content and upholding community standards across one of the world's largest digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with social media safety guidelines.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain a secure digital ecosystem for the Czech-speaking community.




Analyze complex escalations to determine appropriate actions according to internal policy and social media industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging trends and sensitivities within the Czech social media landscape.
Document trends and provide constructive feedback on policy implementation to improve platform safety.
Provide high-quality support to users while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the social media industry and digital community standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make objective decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in English for reporting and team communication.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
