Job responsibilities:
- Promote a therapeutic environment using neutral, patient-centered interactions.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
- Administer medications as ordered and monitor for therapeutic response and adverse effects.
- Perform mental status assessments and monitor behavioral health symptoms over time.
