In this role you lead and coordinate HSE efforts for APS manufacturing sites, driving safety, health and environmental performance. You’ll align with a regional, cross-functional network to implement standards and improve risk management. You’ll shape awareness, assessments and audits to reduce hazards and foster a strong safety culture. This is a chance to contribute to LyondellBasell’s safety vision across diverse sites and regions, using collaboration and technical expertise to deliver tangible improvements.

• Develop, implement and manage APS-specific Occupational Safety standards and revisions
• Set annual HSE objectives for APS with emphasis on continuous safety, health and environment improvements
• Implement value-adding processes utilising general applications such as Intelex and Barrier Failure Analysis
• Lead regional HSE Manager meetings to share best practices and learnings




• Drive awareness campaigns to increase hazard knowledge and recognition at APS sites
• Engage in internal self-assessments and OE audits to identify risks and opportunities for APS sites
• Manage the 90-day HSE assessment process for new APS sites and participate in site appraisals

Responsabilidades
• Site HSE management experience in the (petro)chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of HSE processes and management (preferably with LyondellBasell)
• Understanding of regional xqbhyrx HSE differences across APS operating countries
• Effective communication across all organizational levels
• Ability to lead through influence and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in incident investigation and auditing processes
