About the Role At Vidara , a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, we are looking for a Sales Manager Industrial to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the Construction & CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers) market across Northern Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience, industry knowledge, and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts while driving business growth within the Construction & CASE market across Northern Spain. Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing revenue. Drive the promotion, positioning, and growth of the product portfolio, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers. Lead quotations, negotiations, and commercial agreements, ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships. Monitor sales performance, margins, and market trends,



providing strategic insights to support business objectives and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the chemical industry. Proven knowledge of the Construction & CASE market. Background in chemical distribution or chemical manufacturing. Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing business and achieving results. Ability to confidently present and defend technical solutions to key industry players. Self-driven professional capable of delivering impact within the first months of joining. Willingness to travel across Iberia, with approximately 40% of time dedicated to customer visits. An established network of industry contacts will be considered a strong advantage.
