We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our non-gaming monetization in the United States, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.
This is a publisher-side role with a strong business development focus. You will identify, approach,



and sign direct non-gaming advertisers whose offers will be promoted to our existing rewarded audience across our apps and web products.
The role is approximately 50% new business development and 50% account management. Once an advertiser is signed, you will own the partnership end to end, including commercial negotiations, offer setup and tracking, performance optimization, reconciliation, and account growth.
You will be expected to take initiative, make decisions, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle independently, while collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships, Product, Data, and Finance teams. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of direct US non-gaming advertisers, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.
