We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Sofia for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, high-quality support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services industry with professionalism and empathy.




Resolve technical or administrative inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the internal database systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring customer feedback trends.
Achieve daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreement excellence.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture by sharing insights and best practices with teammates.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Czech-speaking jobs in Sofia.
Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly valued but not essential.
