Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support and consultancy to customers in the Czech language to resolve complex technical or service inquiries.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellence in all customer interactions within the Customer Support Services sector.




Analyze customer requirements to offer effective solutions that improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Maintain detailed documentation of all customer communication and resolution steps in the company’s internal database.
Collaborate with international teams to identify trends and improve overall service delivery processes.
Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues that require deeper technical intervention or management review.
Meet and exceed performance indicators, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Support Services department.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Bulgaria.
Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-centric mindset suitable for the Customer Support Services industry.
