Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support services by resolving technical and product-related inquiries for Canon users.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication in Czech.
Document all customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems to ensure high-quality service data.




Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and provide proactive solutions to common product challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand excellence within the Customer Support Services sector.
Stay updated on the latest Canon product specifications and software features to provide precise, expert advice.
Achieve individual and team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the project in our Athens office.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of English to facilitate internal communication and training.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
A passion for technology and a genuine desire to excel in the Customer Support Services industry.
