We are currently sourcing candidates for the Czech Speaking Customer Experts for a Top Tech Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer service for a major integral telecommunications provider.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries regarding network connectivity, mobile devices, and telecommunications services.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions.




Update customer records accurately within our state-of-the-art CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex telecommunications technical issues.
Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings.
Contribute to team targets and KPIs as a key member of our Czech Speaking Customer Experts for a Top Tech Leader position in Greece
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or the telecommunications industry is considered an asset.
Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while contributing to team success in Greece.
