What You Will Do

Lead and support engineering tasks within both operational and production environments, focusing on the design and installation of cabin components and assemblies.
Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical solutions from both mechanical design and production perspectives.
Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure the highest quality in mechanical design and production engineering.
Drive workflow improvements across the Mechanical & Production Engineering organization, optimizing for manufacturing requirements, cabin design, or product support.
