We are currently searching for talented individuals to join our team in Athens for the Czech Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. This role is a unique opportunity to enter the high-growth cybersecurity industry, providing top-tier technical and security-focused support to an international client base.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level assistance to users navigating complex cybersecurity software and security protocols.
Monitor and analyze potential threats while ensuring customers understand how to utilize protection features effectively.




Maintain a high standard of communication in Czech while resolving technical queries related to data protection and digital security.
Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams to document and escalate high-priority security incidents.
Ensure all interactions contribute to a seamless customer experience within the cybersecurity domain.
Stay updated on the latest digital security trends and vulnerabilities to provide accurate, industry-relevant guidance.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical security concepts.
Proven customer service experience is an asset for these Czech-speaking jobs.
