The Role
Spain, Italy and Portugal are three of our biggest untapped opportunities . Were looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero. This is a hunter role. Italy and Portugal are greenfield markets. Spain has a small existing base to reactivate. All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once. Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.




What Youll Be Doing Independent reseller penetration — the core of the role * Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT) * Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketing * Open new accounts: pitch the product, secure first orders, establish reorder cadence * Maintain active reseller relationships: regular reorder calls, upsell, sell-out support * Ensure every active reseller is sorted — properly stocked, has materials, knows how to sell Beepings Field agents — day-to-day support * Daily push: ensure agents are visiting shops, generating leads, supporting sell-out * Performance tracking — flag underperforming agents to Sales Manager early * Onboard new agents once recruited, help them get up to speed on product and process What Were Looking For Must-have * Full professional proficiency in Italian and Spanish — both required * 2–4 years B2B
