Role Mission The CFO will lead the development of the company's full financial infrastructure — including financial strategy, governance, reporting systems, project-level financial visibility, and institutional-grade controls — to support Oleares' growth across multiple developments and geographies in Spain.




The role requires building scalable processes, ensuring financial discipline, and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and investors. Role Description
- Work closely with the CEO on developing the company's business, portfolio, and pipeline in a private-equity operating mode.
- Lead all taxation, reporting, and compliance aspects of the company, ensuring institutional governance across all SPVs and entities.
- Develop detailed financial models at both the project (construction + sales) and corporate levels.
- Manage project budgets, capex, cash-flow forecasts, and financial performance across active developments.
- Lead financing processes with banks and financial institutions (Santander, BBVA, etc.), including senior loans, equity structuring, and payment schedules.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management, investors, and the board.
