The Role
As Product Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. You'll be responsible for translating technical capabilities into products that meet real market demand, while working closely with our R&D; and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production




- Gather and translate market requirements into actionable product specifications
- Liaise directly with suppliers and clients , building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector
- Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, as well as with the writing and presentation of project reports
- Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For
- Engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) with +3 years experience
- Additional training or education in business management will be highly valued
- Proven experience in pilot plant design and implem
