Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Portuguese Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant capital, Sofia. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading customer support services firm where you will utilize your linguistic talents to solve complex client issues and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing expert assistance and tailored solutions.
Navigate complex customer support services software to ensure accurate resolution of inquiries and technical issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional,



empathetic, and efficient communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve high-priority client concerns.
Document all interactions meticulously within the internal CRM to maintain quality standards in customer support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the center.
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs focused on quality, speed, and overall client retention.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless relocation to Bulgaria.
Previous experience in the customer support services industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within our international team.
High level of digital literacy and aptitude for learning new intern
