Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Maintain excellence in the Customer Support Services industry by ensuring prompt resolution of all client inquiries.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and linguistic precision in Portuguese.




Document all interactions within the CRM system accurately to track performance and service quality.
Collaborate with international teams in Sofia to optimize support workflows and client satisfaction levels.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and internal support standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment while striving to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
Valid EU passport or work permit to work in Bulgaria.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a vibrant, multi-cultural workspace.
