The position acts as a key interface with country sales teams, helping translate strategy into actionable pipeline growth.

Maintain and update a structured pipeline of Vertical Solutions opportunities across countries.

Monitor opportunity status and ensure timely follow-up on key commercial actions.

Prepare pipeline reports and performance insights.

Identify pipeline trends, risks, and opportunities to improve commercial performance.

Act as main operational contact for country sales teams on Vertical Solutions opportunities.





Business Plan Monitoring Monitor execution of the Vertical Solutions business plan against defined KPIs, including pipeline growth, revenue, conversion rates, and strategic initiatives.

Identify execution gaps, commercial risks, and areas requiring management attention.

Support the implementation of corrective actions to improve business performance.

Organize and coordinate regular pipeline reviews, sales performance meetings, and business governance forums.

Ensure country teams use approved sales collateral, value propositions, and messaging.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial tools, processes, and sales materials.
