Job Overview
We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Polish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Polish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complex inquiries within the customer support services sector.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation.




Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and communication standards.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting advice.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professional representation of the company in every interaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the organization.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation to Bulgaria).
Strong proficiency in English to facilitate team communication.
Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
