Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support services to Polish-speaking clients across multiple digital channels.
Resolve complex inquiries with a focus on high-quality customer experience and brand loyalty.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional communication standards for this Polish Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.




Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support workflows and enhance service efficiency.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the customer support lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal CRM systems.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU (mandatory).
Proven experience or a strong interest in the customer support services industry.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team.
