Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical and account support to Polish-speaking players across various gaming platforms.
Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment inquiries, and account security concerns with speed and precision.
Maintain deep knowledge of current Gaming & Esports trends to effectively assist the player community.




Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every user interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs or system performance issues to developers.
Stay updated on patch notes, game updates, and community news to provide accurate information to players.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support processes within the Gaming & Esports division.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry with a solid understanding of gaming culture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with player frustrations.
Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
Professional English proficiency to work within our international team structure.
