Natixis CIB is seeking an Senior Analyst professional to contribute to the origination and execution of infrastructure and real assets financings - including project finance, asset-backed structures, and corporate debt - as well as the coverage of real assets clients. Working closely with all the members of the Madrid team and ultimately reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Energy Finance in Madrid, you will support the origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the Natixis Madrid team in the financing of transactions across all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP) in the Iberian Peninsula.
Structure project finance transactions: develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform bankability and sensitivity analyses, and prepare credit files for internal committees.
Draft and process internal credit applications in coordination with different business lines (coverage, portfolio, syndication).
Analyze and assess projects and sponsors, including financial strength, business plans and overall risk profile.
