Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated candidate for the Portuguese Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. In this pivotal role within the consumer electronics industry, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing high-level technical guidance for innovative smart home robotics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding the setup and troubleshooting of advanced iRobot consumer electronics.
Represent a world-class consumer electronics brand by delivering personalized solutions and ensuring exceptional user satisfaction.
Diagnose complex software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances through phone,



email, and chat support.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, consistently contributing to the knowledge base for the consumer electronics support department.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and firmware updates related to the iRobot product line.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical queries efficiently.
Participate in regular performance reviews to ensure service excellence and goal achievement within the team.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in consumer electronics or technical support is highly preferred.
Strong passion for technology and a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
