In this Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international travelers, ensuring seamless logistics and delivering exceptional service within the dynamic travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end car rental bookings and modifications for international clients in the travel industry.
Provide expert guidance on vehicle types, travel insurance,



and rental policies in native-level Spanish.
Resolve complex travel logistics queries with professionalism and efficiency to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate directly with integral travel partners to confirm vehicle availability and reservation details.
Process secure payments and update rental agreements within the company's internal travel management systems.
Maintain comprehensive records of rental transactions and client interactions to improve service quality.
Act as a brand ambassador for our travel clients by upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to operate within our international work environment.
Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping travelers plan their journeys
