Our client, a long established and respected maintenance provider supporting operations at Heathrow Airport, is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Technician / Workshop Team Leader to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on technician with leadership experience to oversee the maintenance of nonmotorised ground support equipment, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and unscheduled maintenance on nonmotorised ground support equipment.
- Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.




- Ensure all maintenance records are completed accurately.
- Promote a safe and organised working environment.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Ky Skills
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician or similar mechanical role.
- Experience leading or supervising a workshop team.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
