Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Spanish-speaking customers within a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
Resolve complex client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.




Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions within our internal CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and elevate the standard of support provided to our general client base.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with our premium quality benchmarks.
Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide precise and helpful information to our user community.
Contribute to team goals by actively participating in feedback sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational workplace.
Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing professional role.
