We are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for a Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria, supporting one of the world's most influential social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure community safety.
Review and analyze reports of policy violations, including misinformation, harassment, and prohibited content.
Apply platform-specific guidelines and legal requirements to maintain a safe and inclusive digital environment.




Identify emerging trends in platform misuse and provide feedback to the engineering and policy teams.
Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation processes and improve digital trust initiatives.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced social media moderation setting.
Provide insightful reporting on community health and potential escalations for Polish-speaking regions.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.
Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
Proven ability to remain objective and professional when reviewing sensitive content.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
