Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This unique role offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the high-energy world of Gaming & Esports while providing vital back-office support to a premium international client base.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality back-office support for our Gaming & Esports platform users in Polish.
Monitor and manage account integrity and platform security, ensuring a safe environment for all players.
Process complex administrative requests related to player documentation and verification.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaming-related technical inquiries.
Analyze player data and trends to improve overall service efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain deep product knowledge of current esports titles and gaming industry standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows through your expert insights.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred.
A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its communities.
Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when managing sensitive documentation.
