We are currently seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast for a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the high-energy Gaming & Esports sector while enjoying a vibrant expatriate lifestyle in the heart of Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical and account support to players within the Gaming & Esports community.
Resolve player inquiries regarding game functionality, billing, and technical troubleshooting in Polish.
Maintain high levels of player satisfaction by delivering timely and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to flag technical bugs and feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.




Stay updated on the latest industry trends and game updates to provide accurate, real-time information to our player base.
Participate in community engagement initiatives and ensure a positive atmosphere across all support channels.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into player-friendly language.
Previous experience in customer support or a high-paced digital environment is considered a significant advantage.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in starting a career through jobs in Bulgaria.
