In this role, you will own the commercial strategy and growth for a curated set of top-tier travel and fintech accounts across the Americas. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, building deep senior-level relationships and uncovering opportunities within key partners. You will navigate complex pricing and contract discussions with a data-forward approach, shaping how HBX integrates with clients in a shifting ecosystem. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring HBX’s full capabilities to strategic accounts and represent the company at industry events. This is an opportunity to influence travel distribution strategy and contribute to HBX’s leadership in the market.

• Own commercial strategy and multi-year account planning for a limited set of top accounts
• Build and deepen senior-level relationships beyond routine interactions




• Identify whitespace and construct business cases to pursue expansion
• Lead data-driven negotiations on pricing, renewals, and disputes
• Collaborate with product, connectivity, marketing, and finance to deliver HBX ecosystem value
• Represent HBX at industry events and client forums as a thought leader on travel distribution

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or partnerships in travel or travel tech
• Proven track record with high-value, complex accounts and growth
• Ability to present share-of-wallet analyses to C-suite stakeholders
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and analytics to inform strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior xqbhyrx decision-makers
• Highly organized with multi-account ownership in a remote environment
• Fluent with AI tools for data analysis to extract insights
• Google Ads knowledge and OTA experience preferred
