Accountabilities
Design and build backend services that integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing product features.
Develop performant, scalable APIs and backend services that connect AI outputs with SaaS functionality and customer workflows.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and valuable AI-driven user experiences.
Partner with platform and integration teams to embed AI capabilities into existing systems, services, and workflows.
Implement observability, monitoring, error handling, and reliability practices for AI services operating in production.
Contribute to the evolution of the AI integration stack, including Python SDKs, MCP servers, and LLM orchestration.
Help ensure AI-powered features are seamlessly integrated into the wider SaaS platform and deliver smarter, faster, and more personalized customer workflows.
