We are currently recruiting for a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, based in the heart of Sofia’s thriving tech hub. Key Responsibilities
Manage back-office administrative tasks specifically tailored to gaming account integrity and platform security.
Provide high-level support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring a premium experience within the esports ecosystem.




Monitor and analyze real-time gaming activity to identify and escalate irregularities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries related to gaming platform functionality.
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with industry-standard gaming regulations.
Contribute to the ongoing development of internal support processes to enhance the gaming user journey.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the Gaming & Esports market to provide informed assistance to our diverse player base.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
