We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Lithuanian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our client's high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to international clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve complex inquiries through clear, professional communication in native or fluent Lithuanian.
Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.




Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate technical or operational issues efficiently.
Document all interactions accurately within the client's CRM system to maintain service excellence.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product specifications and industry best practices.
Proactively contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and service level agreements.
Native or fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in English for international corporate communication.
A passion for people and a professional mindset tailored to the Customer Support Services industry.
Previous experience in a support-oriented role is considered a distinct advantage for this position in Bulgaria.
