About the contract

This position is offered under a Professional Practice Contract, an employment contract designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience related to their studies. This is an employment opportunity to start your professional career, not an academic internship. You will join Q ENERGY as a full-time employee, becoming part of the team from day one.

Responsibilities:
- Invoice management, including invoice validation, payment requests and coordination with Finance.
- Monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, PoC reporting and Accounts Receivable tracking.
- Commercial administration, including invoice reviews, supplier/customer requests, bonds, guarantees and project insurance follow-up.
- EPC Cost Control activities, supporting project cost monitoring and CAPEX forecasting.
- Preparation of project, portfolio and KPI reports for management.
- Data quality, document management and business process improvements.
- Continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives across the Engineering, Procurement and Construction department.
