Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment between projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting.
- Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.
- Monitor and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required.
- Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts.
- Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.
- Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of program and project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program.




- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation; SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Fluent business English (written and spoken).
