In this role, you will lead integral Real World Data (RWD) initiatives to inform Medical, Commercial, Policy and Ru0026amp;D strategies. You’ll shape and implement RWD platforms across countries, collaborating with IT and external partners to deliver high-impact evidence that drives patient outcomes. You’ll chair steering committees, guide cross-functional teams, and scale RWD programs to change clinical practice. This position sits at the intersection of science, technology and strategy, offering a meaningful opportunity to advance AZ’s RWD leadership and patient-centric mission.

• Lead design and deployment of global RWD platforms for field medical teams and country affiliates
• Align RWD initiatives with medical and cross-functional priorities across therapies

• Collaborate with technical teams to build analytics tools and visual analytics for self-service dashboards
• Build capabilities to identify, integrate, and leverage diverse RWD sources
• Evaluate external data sources and scale RWD programs across markets
• Manage resources and plan scaling of RWD programs
• Drive visibility on RWD use cases, KPI design, and best practice sharing
• Explore new RWD use cases and technologies for cross-functional impact
• Lead engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional groups to sustain RWD platforms

Responsabilidades
• Business and/or medical science degree with commercial experience
• Expertise in RWD and evidence generation with focus on patient and health system impact
• Healthcare or biopharma industry experience, with Ru0026I and CVRM preference xqbhyrx
• Strong leadership to drive innovation and culture
• Ability to influence at executive level
• Experience in product mark
