You will build real‑time AI agents that take action in production environments, driving strategic impact across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, using the AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Design agent intelligence—including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture—to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional builder pods to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions,



using consultative skills to ensure technology meets real‑world needs.
- Iterate and deploy continuous improvements: test, break, fix, ship and repeat, owning work from day one.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI‑native work.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.
- Ability to engage with sales teams and customers, writing high‑quality code and evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, working directly with customers to see code deployed in their environments.
- Strong problem‑solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.
