Job Description
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of one of our partners' brands on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Your role will involve engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our online community. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and maintaining the brand's reputation.
Responsibilities

- Actively engage with customers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
- Deliver prompt and precise information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain a positive brand image and reputation across social media channels.
- Track customer feedback and report trends to management.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and customer service best practices.
Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong written communication skills with a creative and engaging approach.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to think quickly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian (C2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR). Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Good cultural awareness.
