We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs team and support Farmaprojects' international business operations.

Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, this role will focus on drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial agreements within the pharmaceutical industry, while providing practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, supporting strategic projects and contributing to the company's continued growth in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the company's domestic and international activity by providing legal advice and handling commercial and corporate matters.
Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial documents and agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, co-development, confidentiality and service agreements
Manage the full contract lifecycle for assigned products, projects and business partners.
Identify,



assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks while enabling business objectives.
Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters assigned by the Legal Affairs Department.
Coordinate and manage external legal advisors when required.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to support business initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, contract management practices and operational efficiency within the Legal Affairs function.
Participate in strategic projects and new business initiatives as the organization continues to evolve and grow.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Law. And Postgraduate studies or specialization in Commercial Law, Corporate Law or related areas are considered an advantage.
At least 2-5 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or the legal department of a company.
