Your Role Within Our KingdomAs a QA Lead, you will play a key role in driving quality across the team. Acting as a QA leader and mentor within the team, you will provide valuable insights into the product’s state, guide the team in best practices,



and foster effective collaboration across internal QA and external partners. You will help ensure that our game delivers magical, flawless experiences to players worldwide.
Purpose of the RoleYou will leverage your expertise to lead QA efforts, taking ownership of QA planning, resourcing and quality practices. By empowering others and driving continuous improvement, you will help strengthen the team’s overall quality mindset.
Team & ImpactAs the QA Lead you will provide leadership for QA within the team and coordinate external QA partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure effective QA delivery, sufficient test coverage and alignment with organizational goals.
