Are you a sales professional passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering technical solutions that create real value? As Field Sales Engineer, for Isolation Valves in Iberia, you will partner with customers to understand their operational challenges and help identify solutions that support their goals. You will play a key role in business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Account Management and Customer Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with account stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Develop and execute account plans to identify potential customers, product white spaces, and green- or brown-fields projects.
- Needs assessments and solution presentation:

- Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with BDMs to identify customers needs, challenges and opportunities, understand customer business drivers and priorities, to design and present a tailored solution that addresses their requirements and delivers business value.
- Identification and pursuit opportunities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, focusing on maximizing the potential of our product, including filling whitespace and new demand generation.
- Collaboration:
