In this senior individual contributor role, you will create and activate a differentiated integral Openbank brand platform, translating the brand promise into clear creative direction, launch toolkits and activation principles. You will drive brand strategy across markets, ensuring consistency with local relevance. You will connect the brand with paid, owned and earned channels and define KPIs for creative effectiveness. You will partner with markets, agencies and cross-functional teams to shape launches and customer experiences. This role offers broad international exposure and a meaningful impact on brand activation standards.

• Develop and evolve Openbank brand positioning, narrative, messaging architecture, creative territories and activation principles
• Build brand and creative toolkits for priority market launches and relaunches




• Write high-quality strategic and creative briefs and provide direction to agencies and in-house teams
• Review creative work and recommend improvements to strengthen distinctiveness and relevance
• Translate the global brand platform into practical guidance for local activation
• Coordinate brand promise across paid, owned and earned channels, customer journeys and touchpoints
• Define sponsorship and brand partnership principles based on strategic fit and measurable value
• Partner with market and measurement teams to define brand KPIs and creative-effectiveness requirements

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, creative strategy or brand activation
• Proven experience developing or evolving a brand platform and translating it into campaigns and toolkits
