About The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer you will contribute to design, analysis and documentation efforts, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. This is a full-time job.

You will report to the Commodity Support Design manager and be located at our HQ in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities
- Complete independent engineering tasks and assume technical responsibility for assigned projects.




- Review and verify engineering work performed by others, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
- Develop detailed specifications, technical reports, calculations, and sizing analyses.
- Originate and validate engineering deliverables including drawings, design reviews, change control documents, and calculation notes.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable engineering codes, standards, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate within the global Westinghouse Engineering framework, engaging with senior engineers, provide guidance to Junior engineer and designers, and international teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Structural Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Structural Engineering roles within the nuclear sector. We also value experience in energy, oil and gas, civil construction, or similar industries.
