As a Tooling Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will lead the development and management of injection molds for headlamps and rear lamps for premium automakers. You will collaborate with Ru0026amp;D, purchasing, quality, and suppliers to ensure mold designs meet Valeo’s standards before production. You will guide design teams, validate injection processes, and support transfer to manufacturing, contributing to innovative lighting solutions in a fast-paced, international setting. This role offers hands-on impact in enhancing product quality and production efficiency at a global automotive leader.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Guide part design engineers in defining plastic component designs
• Define mold requirements and supplier nomination criteria
• Review mold designs from suppliers and initiate steel and machining orders
• Validate mold building and tuning before transfer
• Confirm injection process setup and tuning prior to serial production
• Support plant and injection suppliers to set up, tune, and validate processes and molds
Responsabilidades
• Experience in mold development or injection process
• xqbhyrx Engineering degree
• Results-oriented with development focus
• Team player across Ru0026D, purchasing, project, quality
• Ability to work in multicultural environments (Europe, India, China)
• Willingness to travel ±15% to moldmaker and injection plants
• Interest in mold/injection technologies and innovation
• English level B2 mandatory
