What you will do in this role
The Report Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis
of operational and business performance reports.
This role ensures the accuracy
and integrity of data, delivers regular and ad hoc reporting, identifies trends
and risks, and provides insights that support operational efficiency, client
satisfaction, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, maintain, and automate operational and client reporting.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Monitor KPIs, trends, and business metrics across programs and sites.
* Support business reviews, client meetings, and strategic planning with
data-driven analysis.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
* Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, and Client Services
teams to address reporting
needs.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
* Develop dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility and
decision-making.
