This role will sit within the Integral Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS)
organization in World Courier and is a key member of the Product Leadership
Team. We’re re-imagining IT — not as a support function, but as a strategic
partner to the World Courier business.

We exist to help the organisation rise, adapt, and grow, using technology that
is innovative, integrated, reliable, secure and designed around real operational
needs.





This role will shape our Transportation-related product technologies from
transportation management systems, to the next generation of route planning and
optimization, to driver and vehicle technology, and more.

Why this role matters

Transportation execution is core to World Courier’s value proposition and
directly impacts patient outcomes, customer trust, regulatory compliance, and
operational efficiency.

This role leads a cohesive transportation product group, bringing together
multiple product domains: transportation management, route planning and
optimization, and driver/vehicle technologies—into a unified strategy and
delivery model.

Equally, this role contributes as part of a broader Product Group leadership
team, collaborating with peer Group Product Managers to align roadmaps,
dependencies, and investment priorities across domains such as customer
enablement, data, and core platforms.
