In this role you contribute to Reuters’ world-leading news picture service from Barcelona, handling integral image intake, quick English captioning, and live editing of breaking coverage. You join a cross-functional newsroom committed to fast, accurate visual journalism. You will work with editors and photographers worldwide to maintain quality under tight deadlines, shaping how audiences receive timely stories. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact global visual news delivery.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Gather and assess images from editors and photographers worldwide
• Edit photographs and write/ refine English captions quickly for client delivery
• Maintain links between Pictures, Text, Video, and Digital teams for integrated coverage

Responsabilidades
• Fluent English (C1) in writing and speaking
• Demonstrated interest in photography and journalism
• Passion for news and visual storytelling with awareness of current affairs
• Good news judgment and strong visual instincts; curiosity for developing stories
