THE JOURNEY
- Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)
- Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets
- Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved
- Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team challenge the status quo and make the right decisions
- Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results
- Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profi
